Incus roasting and drying equipment is designed to hot-air roast or dry a wide variety of whole nuts, as well as special products of different sizes such as slices, slivers and dices. The equipment allows controlling several parameters that are essential for a perfect roasting as for example the process time and temperature. The systems include roasting/drying and cooling processes.
