The perfect slices, slivers and cylinders
Our nut cutting lines have the function of transforming the kernel, natural or blanched, into products with special shapes, like slices or slivers. A high quality final product, with a constant and homogeneous cut, is achieved by combining different processes. The cutting machines, being fitted with systems which position the almonds in the right way before getting to the knives, guarantee a homogeneous cut and high aesthetic quality.

- Continuous Humidifying and moisture homogenization system for the conditioning of the natural almonds before being cut. It guarantees the moisture uniformity of the product.
- Accurate positioning systems of the kernels guarantee homegeneous and high aesthetic cuts. Reduced by-products.
- Improved design of the slicing plates to adapt to the different sizes of kernels.
- Cutting machines mounted on wheels for a fast change from slicing to slivering machines and to move them easily to the washdown area. High productivity and top yield.
