We at Incus remain operational to serve our customers who are a critical part of the food industry that supplies the population and are essential businesses that need to be able to operate during this pandemic.
Our entire team remains at your disposal with the same dedication and commitment, and available under the usual phone numbers and email addresses.
Our manufacturing facilities remain open and following all the necessary precautions and safety recommendations issued by the Government of Spain, the World Health Organization (WHO) and of course all our teams in charge of the prevention of occupational risks. As a result of this, there are some restrictions and impact on our production capacity.
Our technical service also continues to provide expert assistance, mainly for remote technical support in communication with your maintenance teams.
We remain in close contact with our providers to procure needed materials and services can be supplied with the usual regularity.
We continue to practice elevated safety measures for all our employees through social distancing within our facilities, thorough disinfection in the workplace, employee training, highest standard of cleanliness, the use of hand sanitizers, masks & gloves, travel restrictions and limitation of third party visits which are replaced by video conferences, phone calls, and emails. Remote work was implemented where possible and most of our engineering and office staff is teleworking.
However, after the declaration by the Spanish government of the State of Alarm and the temporary halt of any non-essential business activity to try to curb the spread of the coronavirus, we may experience delays in the delivery timelines of some orders or services to be provided.
We will keep all customers and stakeholders informed in a transparent and efficient manner as the situation evolves.
Despite the growing difficulties, we are making efforts in all areas to maintain the production manufacturing schedule and supply flow in order to provide the best possible service to our customers whilst protecting our staff.
We are proud to continue serving all our customers, contributing to reinforce and maintain the functioning of the food supply & production chain in these difficult circumstances.
