We at Incus remain operational to serve our customers who are a\ncritical part of the food industry that supplies the population and are essential\nbusinesses that need to be able to operate during this pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our entire team remains\nat your disposal with the same dedication and commitment, and available under\nthe usual phone numbers and email addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our manufacturing facilities\nremain open and following all the necessary precautions and safety\nrecommendations issued by the Government of Spain, the World Health\nOrganization (WHO) and of course all our teams in charge of the\nprevention of occupational risks. As a result of this, there are some restrictions and\nimpact on our production capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our technical service\nalso continues to provide expert assistance, mainly for remote technical\nsupport in communication with your maintenance teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We remain in\nclose contact with our providers to procure needed materials and services can\nbe supplied with the usual regularity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We continue to practice\nelevated safety measures for all our employees through social distancing within\nour facilities, thorough disinfection in the workplace, employee training,\nhighest standard of cleanliness, the use of hand sanitizers, masks &\ngloves, travel restrictions and limitation of third party visits which are\nreplaced by video conferences, phone calls, and emails. Remote work was\nimplemented where possible and most of our engineering and office staff is teleworking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, after\nthe declaration by the Spanish government of the State of Alarm and the\ntemporary halt of any non-essential business activity to try to curb the spread\nof the coronavirus, we may experience delays in the delivery timelines of some\norders or services to be provided. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\nwill keep all customers and stakeholders informed in a transparent and\nefficient manner as the situation evolves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despite the\ngrowing difficulties, we are making efforts in all areas to maintain\nthe production manufacturing schedule and supply flow in order to provide\nthe best possible service to our customers whilst protecting our staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are proud to\ncontinue serving all our customers, contributing to reinforce and maintain\nthe functioning of the food supply & production chain in these difficult\ncircumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our solidarity and\nthoughts go to those suffering, those who have lost a loved one\nor are trying to overcome the illness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
